The Mohegan Tribe operates the Mohegan Casino Las Vegas at Virgin Hotels. In addition to the San Manuel Indians, the Seminole Tribe of Florida bought the Mirage in December 2021 and is redeveloping the property into Hard Rock Las Vegas. Three Native American tribes now have a gambling presence in Las Vegas.

The tribe owns the Yaamava' Resort Casino in Highland, California The property is owned by The San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority ('S.M.G.H.A.'), an enterprise of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
